About the Role
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Enrolled Nurse to join our dedicated team at St. Pauls in Hahndorf. In this parttime permanent role youll work under the supervision of a Registered Nurse to deliver highquality residentcentred care. You will:
Deliver clinical care tailored to residents individual health safety and wellbeing needs
Supervise and support Personal Care Workers (PCWs)
Administer medications and monitor residents health conditions
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
Uphold aged care standards AHPRA requirements and Benes care policies
What Were Looking For
Diploma of Nursing (or equivalent)
Current AHPRA registration as an Enrolled Nurse
Minimum 2 years experience in a nursing role (aged care preferred)
Strong clinical knowledge and understanding of agedrelated health needs
Excellent communication leadership and teamwork skills
A commitment to personcentred care dignity and respect
Current First Aid CPR and Manual Handling certification
Current National Police Clearance (or willingness to obtain)
Desirable Skills
Italianspeaking ability (highly regarded but not essential)
Postbasic qualifications in aged care
