About the role
The Business Relationship Consultant proactively builds employer and industry contacts and relationships to identify and help Career and Workplace Consultants achieve successful employment/work experience placements.

Proactively build employer and industry relationships
Identify and support Career and Workplace Consultants in achieving successful placements
Ensure candidates are placed in supportive environments
Nurture career options for candidates
Build a network of supportive local employers
Liaise with operational staff to strengthen employer relationships
About you
The suitable incumbent would have:
A wealth of recruitment and / or sales experience
Experience in community services is a bonus but not a must
A passion for making a difference
Intermediate levels of computer literacy.
A current drivers license
