You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailWe are currently seeking highly skilled Maintenance Supervisors to join Dawson Mines Maintenance Department. We are seeking applicants who possess the drive and passion to develop a culture focused on safety and lead a team of trades people to deliver planned and corrective maintenance.
In this role you will report directly to the Maintenance Superintendent to provide technical support and advice to the Maintenance team on ways to optimise equipment reliability and availability. You will also have extensive experience with mobile mining equipment such as trucks dozers loaders excavators and graders. You will be required to ensure all mechanical tasks are carried out in a safe timely and cost effective manner whilst also maintaining focus on continuous improvement strong leadership capability and knowledge of computer based maintenance programs.
You will be expected to assist with maintenance budgets and add value through developing strong team dynamics and a positive working environment. Additionally you will support effective resource allocation (people equipment and resources) to meet maintenance work schedules whilst consistently striving to achieve zero harm to employees and contractors.
