You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailAs an IT Service Transition Specialist you will play a crucial role in managing and overseeing the successful transition of client IT services and solutions into NCS Australia Managed Service operations. This key role ensures NCS Australia is wellpositioned to effectively manage and operate services and solutions on behalf of our Managed Services clients.
On a daytoday basis you will be proactively engaging guiding and leading service transition teams tracking and managing transition and operational activities and risks assessing client services and operations meeting with Managed Services clients preparing and presenting transition status reports assisting presales activity and working with Service Delivery leadership and teams.
As a key member of our team youll showcase exceptional communication and people management skills adeptly handle multiple demands and apply a sharp analytical mindset to every task. Youll be proactive in identifying risks and improvement opportunities all while maintaining a curious and innovative approach. Your role will combine technical operational and governance expertise with a profound understanding of managed services ensuring our success and growth.
