Job Description

  • Program Orchestration: Design and manage the national cadence of GTM sprints across multiple products ensuring delivery timelines and outcomes are achieved.
  • Operational Alignment: Ensure every sprint aligns with broader business and broker network strategies adjusting scope or resourcing as necessary.
  • Performance Monitoring: Build and maintain dashboards reports and metrics that track sprint progress adoption and broker performance.
  • Stakeholder Management: Engage Sales Leaders Product Managers and Regional GTM Leads to align sprint objectives with tactical execution.
  • Sprint Methodology Owner: Refine the GTM sprint process over time embedding agile best practices and retrospectives into the operating rhythm.
  • Continuous Improvement: Facilitate feedback loops implement learnings and improve the delivery engine over time based on data and broker insights

Qualifications :

  • Significant experience leading Sales Operations GTM or Program Management teams.
  • Strong background in agile execution and crossfunctional program delivery.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple complex initiatives concurrently.
  • Deep experience in data reporting dashboards and KPI tracking.
  • Ability to lead through influence and align diverse stakeholder groups.
