Job Description

What Youll be Doing

  • Manage daily cleaning operations across multiple sites ensuring contract performance and KPIs are consistently met.

  • Act as the main point of contact for clients building strong longterm relationships and addressing any issues promptly.

  • Lead and support site supervisors and cleaning staff ensuring high standards proper training and team compliance with company procedures.

  • Conduct regular site inspections and quality audits ensuring service levels and safety standards are maintained.

  • Oversee staff rosters attendance and performance coordinating replacements as needed and liaising with Payroll for timely processing.

  • Manage budgets and control stock placing orders and coordinating with Procurement as required.

  • Monitor and report on external contractors and identify opportunities for service improvement or additional work.

  • Ensure all work is carried out in line with WHS environmental and company policies maintaining clean and compliant site environments.

 

This position is a FullTime position with the following work schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
  • 2:00 PM 9:36 PM 

 


Qualifications :

You must possess sound knowledge and understanding of operations in the cleaning industry and have exceptional customer service along with the ability to set goals lead and develop others.

  • 23 years of proven experience in supervising multisite operations within the cleaning or facilities services industry
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for effective client and team engagement.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced environment.
  • Ability to be organised and be able to meet deadlines.
  • Ability to identify customer needs and challenges.

 

Requirements:

  • You must have full work rights within Australia
  • A current clear Police Check
