THE POSITION
This role offers a diverse range of responsibilities perfect for an individual who thrives in a fastpaced environment and enjoys a handson approach to problemsolving. You will juggle multiple priorities and provide a high level of customer service all while maintaining strong attention to detail.
- Managing a portfolio of schemes alongside an assistant
- Attending meetings taking minutes managing relationships with committees
- Offering expert advice to both clients and stakeholders
- Preparing budgets
- Reviewing financial statements
- Managing arrears
- Resolving any disputes that may arise
THE RIGHT CANDIDATE WILL HAVE
- Previous experience within the body corporate/strata industry real estate or facilities management
- A strong passion for customer service and a drive to deliver highquality results
- Excellent organisational and timemanagement skills with the ability to manage a varied workload and multiple priorities
- Strong communication skills including the ability to attend meetings take accurate minutes and liaise effectively with clients and committees
- A proactive approach to problemsolving and a demonstrated ability to resolve issues efficiently and professional
- Experience in financial management including preparing and reviewing budgets financials and arrears management
- The ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team to achieve goals and exceed expectations
- Must hold a current Class 1 or 2 licence
- Available to work from Gold Coast office occasionally
