Recruitment Consultant (Ad Hoc Work From Home)
We re seeking a proactive and experienced Recruitment Consultant for an ad hoc workfromhome role based in Perth WA. This flexible position is perfect for someone looking to manage their own workload take on recruitment tasks as needed and maintain worklife balance.
What Youll Do:
Source screen and shortlist candidates for a range of roles
Manage endtoend recruitment processes as needed
Build and maintain strong relationships with both clients and candidates
Attend facetoface client meetings and conduct inperson interviews when required
Develop new business by identifying and onboarding potential clients
Advertise vacancies and manage applicant flow
Deliver a professional and supportive experience for all stakeholders
Requirements
Proven experience in recruitment HR or talent acquisition
Strong communication and relationshipbuilding skills
Selfmotivated with the ability to work independently
Confidence in business development and managing client relationships
Reliable internet phone access and own transport
Based in Perth WA with flexibility to attend meetings in person when needed
