Kinetic is Australia and New Zealands largest and most experienced bus operator and were growing. With this growth comes opportunity. Were looking for a proactive and commercially minded Account Specialist to join our Mackay team and help us deliver exceptional service to our customers.
What youll do
As a key member of our team youll be the primary liaison between our customers and internal stakeholders ensuring our services are delivered in line with customer expectations and contractual obligations. Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing service changes and pricing assessments
- Preparing customer reporting and analysing key KPIs
- Leading the preparation of invoices and ensuring financial accuracy
- Building strong relationships with key stakeholders internal and external
- Ensuring contract compliance and identifying opportunities for improvement
- Supporting key projects to drive operational and commercial outcomes
