Job Description

Amazon Delivery Services is looking for a dynamic and motivated EDSP Senior Program Manager with a strong delivery record and proven project management experience to own the endtoend launch of new EDSP carriers across Australia and support daily operations. EDSPs are External Delivery Service Providers that use Amazon tools and technology to deliver Amazon packages through different regions of the country.

Key job responsibilities
Scope and create project plans develop process flows coordinate and drive execution with the EDSP carriers and communicate to senior management on status risks and issues as appropriate.
Partner with other program managers and business leaders to secure resources scope efforts set priorities establish dependencies and set milestones to drive delivery.
Own launch communication develop implement and govern reporting providing visibility of the milestones and progress of the carrier launch using this data to drive business decisions.
Accelerate progress by driving timely decisions clear blockers by developing effective paths to green and escalate risks and issues as appropriate.
Engage other Amazon business units globally to share best practices and improve end to end outcomes for Amazon customers and carriers.
Manage postlaunch support plans leverage on lessons learnt and look for opportunities to improve program quality and carrier experience.
Support the EDSP daily operation working with the EDSP Channel Team Leads and operations stakeholders to ensure operational excellence.
Support the launch of new EDSP methodologies by project managing streams of work that have direct impact on the success of the overall launch.

Bachelors degree in either Supply Chain Management Engineering or Business or 4 years Amazon experience.
3 years experience conducting quantitative and qualitative analysis translating data into actionable insights.
5 years of project/program management experience managing large scale projects and performing cost/benefit analysis to prove the viability of projects.
Ability to perform crossteam coordination and to organize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
Strategic thinking and problemsolving abilities.
Advanced knowledge of Excel is required including use of modelling complex lookups and pivot tables.
Basic to intermediate knowledge of SQL.

MBA and work experience in technical field is highly desired.
