We have an exciting permanent fulltime opportunity available for a Customer Service professional to join our Acacia Ridge QLD Team.

This role will be responsible for providing an exceptional service experience and will act as the first point of contact for the customer for all initial enquiries across Hastings Deering Australia.

This is an exciting role that offers variety in day to day tasks and opportunity to interact with customers during moments that matter for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • In this position your key responsibilities will include:
  • Provide customer service excellence by answering and directing calls in a professional prompt and courteous manner
  • Manage large numbers of customer enquiries across multiple channels
  • Engage with customers as part of our proactive calling strategy for key moments in the customers relationship with Hastings Deering.
  • Ensure accurate and complete records of all customer interactions
  • Work with agility and in collaboration with direct team members and internal stakeholders to achieve strategic outcomes for the wider business.
  • Assist with wider administrative tasks including outbound campaigns and digital solution adoption

About You:

  • You will bring the following skills and experience to the role:
  • Minimum 1 year experience working within a call centre or customer focused environment.
  • Excellent customer service qualities and communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • High level of motivation and confidence with strong interpersonal skills
  • Effective time management and organisation skills
  • Familiar with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems and practices.
