Job Description

We are looking for an ambitious Business Development Manager to drive new business opportunities and strategic partnerships at Drive Marketplace. This role focuses on expanding dealer listings bringing new customers onto the platform and scaling our marketplace to new heights.

If youre passionate about the automotive and digital classifieds industries and have a knack for driving growth this is the perfect opportunity for you.

Day to day you will:

  • Drive acquisition of new clients negotiate agreements and close highvalue deals with automotive dealerships.
  • Build and maintain strong ongoing relationships with both new and existing clients to maximise opportunities for upselling and crossselling services.
  • Engage with key decisionmakers within dealerships and dealer groups aligning Drives solutions with their goals and needs.
  • Maintain regular reporting on sales activities pipeline status and performance against KPIs using Salesforce. Present regular updates to senior management.
  • Achieve sales targets and dealer listings growth.
  • Successfully influence and build relationships with decisionmakers.
  • Drive client satisfaction and engagement.
  • Regularly report on pipeline progress activity and performance.

Qualifications :

What youll bring:

  • Proven experience in sales business development or customer acquisition roles ideally within the automotive classifieds industry.
  • Proven track record of sales success and growing customers at scale in fastpaced environments.
  • Expertise in sales funnels negotiation and closing highvalue deals.
  • Strong selfstarter attitude and ability to work autonomously.
  • Familiarity with KPIs and performance metrics related to business development.
  • Strong negotiation and influencing skills.
  • Valid drivers license.
