Job Description
In this newly created role the Customer Service and Logistics Specialist will support the order to cash process by processing sales orders with accuracy and in a timely manner. The Specialist will proactively manage escalations and risks within our transport and warehousing network to ensure ontime customer delivery. This role will be based at both our North Sydney and Kingsgrove offices with hybrid working. Are you up for this challenge
In this role you will:
- Provide exceptional customer service and logistics support
- Process sales orders and ensure ontime and infull order fulfillment
- Manage KPIs with 3PL warehouse and transport partners to ensure SLAs are being met
- Process and record vendor invoices
- Manage master data and support incidentresolution
Qualifications :

- You hold at least 2 years experience in a similar logistics and/or customer service role
- You have excellent written and verbal communication skills
- You are meticulous with the ability to problem solve autonomously
- You are proficient in systems such as MS Excel an SAP
- Flexibility to work across both North Sydney and Kingsgrove locations as required
