Power the EV revolution with EVSE! Our Residential team delivers smart reliable EV charging solutions to homes and businesses across Australia and New Zealandfrom hardwareonly kits to fullservice installations.

As a Customer Service Sales Representative youll connect with customers match them with the right solutions and drive our mission to make EV charging easy and accessible for everyone.

Your role

Ready to spark change in the EV industry As a Customer Service Sales Representative at EVSE youll be on the frontlines of our growthconnecting with customers understanding their needs and matching them with smart EV charging solutions. Whether its inbound inquiries or proactive outreach youll guide customers through the sales journey upsell valuepacked products and hit (or smash!) your monthly targets.

If youre a natural communicator who thrives in a fastpaced environment and loves turning conversations into conversions we want to hear from you. Furthermore your day to day will include;

  • Handle 4060 inbound sales calls daily guiding customers through their EV journey
  • Educate customers on EVSE chargers accessories and installation options
  • Become a trusted product expert and confidently inspire purchase decisions
  • Convert leads into opportunities and consistently meet/exceed sales targets
  • Hit individual and team KPIscalls followups revenue and conversions
  • Keep your sales pipeline fresh and moving in a fastpaced environment
  • Deliver tailored solutions through exceptional customer service
  • Represent EVSE with energy and professionalismbe a brand ambassador
  • Collaborate with your team on outreach strategies and lead targeting
  • Partner with internal teams to deliver seamless customer experiences
  • Qualify leads flag cold prospects and support followup efforts
  • Maintain accurate CRM records for all leads and opportunities
  • Share wins insights and support to help the whole team succeed
  • Build targeted project lists to boost conversion and reduce lost leads
  • Follow safety protocols and contribute to EVSEs culture of continuous improvement

Qualifications :

About you

Were looking for a confident communicator and natural relationship builder who thrives in a fastpaced customerfocused environment. Youll bring a passion for sales a collaborative mindset and a drive to deliver outstanding service. With a proven ability to engage customers resolve queries and close deals youre ready to make a real impact in a growing techdriven industry. Youll bring with you:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage with customers articulate product benefits and negotiate terms to drive results.
  • Youre selfmotivated and enjoy contributing to a team environment
  • Proven experience in a fastpaced highvolume customer service setting
  • Youre collaborative and enjoy working in an innovative technologybased environment
  • Demonstrated success in sales roles preferably within the residential sector or related industries. Experience in B2C sales is advantageous.
  • Strong customercentric mindset with a focus on understanding and addressing customer needs and providing excellent service throughout the sales process.
