Job Description
- Begleitung des Auftragsdurchlaufs von Anfrage bis Auslieferung
- Ausschreibungsmanagement und Begleitung ffentlicher Auftrge
- Koordinationsdrehscheibe und Schnittstelle im Unternehmen
- Klrung und Bearbeitung von Produktsonderwnschen
Qualifications :
- Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Erfahrung im Kundenservice oder im Bereich Reklamationsmanagement von Vorteil
- Ausgeprgtes Durchsetzungsvermgen und Problemlsungskompetenz
- Hohe Genauigkeit und Organisationsfhigkeit
- Teamfhigkeit und Kommunikationsstrke
