Purpose of the Job
Support the business to achieve the sales goals by monitoring the execution of sales agreements handling administrative tasks data management and customer inquiries. Navigating across different functions to maximize the service to our customers.
About the job (Job Responsibilities)
Monitor and follow up the execution of sales agreements in close cooperation with Sales MT Account Managers Customer Service and customers.
Monitor timely and correct month end invoicing.
Support customers on non-order/delivery related inquiries.
Act as focal point to the internal organization for non-order related requests.
Correct registration of prices and conditions (SAP contract template sheets).
Master data; new and change requests and cleansing activities.
Rebate Agreement; support the rebate agreement creation (template sheet) and rebate invoicing.
Monitor inbound customer inquiries and questionnaires coordinate collection of necessary information to complete the response.
Support the customer portal registrations.
Pro-active monitoring of customer payments.
Overdue support: monitoring pro-active follow up and support in case if disputes.
Tender documents preparations.
Declarations and vendor questionnaires in close cooperation with QA mgr.
We believe you bring (Education & Experience)
Bachelor Commercial/Economics/Sales or by work experience.
Minimum 5 years of experience in customer service or sales preferably in an international and/or Chemical company.
English professional level.
Familiarity with CRM systems and SAP required.
Experience in supporting remote teams.
Inside Sales experience desirable.
