AT: Construction Project Manager

Aufgaben:

• Projektmanagement: berwachung des gesamten Bauprozesses Sicherstellung der termingerechten budgetkonformen und qualitativ hochwertigen Umsetzung.
  
• Planung & Dokumentation: Koordination der Projektdokumentation (Konzeptdesign Baugenehmigungsunterlagen Ausf hrungsplanung) in enger Zusammenarbeit mit internen Teams Beratern und Auftragnehmern.
  
• Genehmigungen & Compliance: Sicherstellung der fristgerechten Einholung aller erforderlichen Genehmigungen sowie der Einhaltung lokaler Vorschriften und Sicherheitsstandards.
  
• Baubetreuung: berwachung des Baufortschritts vor Ort Steuerung von Auftragnehmern und Subunternehmern Sicherstellung von Qualit ts und Sicherheitsstandards.
  
• Zeitmanagement & Berichterstattung: Erstellung und Verfolgung von Projektzeitpl nen Berichterstattung ber wesentliche Meilensteine sowie proaktive Identifikation und Behebung potenzieller Risiken oder Verz gerungen.
  
• Budget & Kostenkontrolle: Verwaltung von Projektbudgets berwachung von Ausschreibungen und Beschaffungsprozessen Sicherstellung der Kosteneffizienz.
  
• Abschluss & bergabe: Sicherstellung der erfolgreichen bergabe abgeschlossener Projekte einschlie lich Endabnahmen Dokumentation und Abzeichnung durch den Kunden.
  

Anforderungen:

• Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bauingenieurwesen Bauwesen oder einem verwandten Bereich.
  
• Mindestens 5 Jahre Erfahrung im Bauprojektmanagement idealerweise im gewerblichen oder industriellen Immobiliensektor.
  
• Fundierte Kenntnisse in Bauprozessen Projektkoordination und Baustellenmanagement.
  
• Erfahrung in Budgetverwaltung Vertragsmanagement und Beschaffung.
  
• Eigenverantwortliche detailorientierte und l sungsorientierte Arbeitsweise mit ausgepr gten organisatorischen F higkeiten.
  
• Hervorragende Kommunikations und F hrungsf higkeiten zur Steuerung von Stakeholdern Auftragnehmern und Teams.

Responsibilities:

• Project Management: Oversee the entire construction process ensuring projects are delivered on time within budget and according to quality standards.
  
• Design & Documentation: Coordinate project documentation (Concept Design Construction Permit Project Execution) working closely with internal teams consultants and contractors.
  
• Permitting & Compliance: Ensure all necessary permits are obtained on time and that the project complies with local regulations and safety standards.
  
• Construction Supervision: Monitor progress onsite manage contractors and subcontractors and enforce quality control and safety protocols.
  
• Scheduling & Reporting: Develop and track project schedules report on key milestones and proactively address potential risks or delays.
  
• Budget & Cost Control: Manage project budgets oversee procurement and tendering processes and ensure cost efficiency.
  
• Handover & Finalization: Ensure the successful handover of completed projects managing final inspections documentation and client signoff.
  

Requirements:

• University degree in Civil Engineering Construction or a related field.
  
• 5 years of experience in construction project management preferably in industrial or commercial real estate.
  
• Strong knowledge of construction processes project coordination and site management.
  
• Experience in managing budgets contracts and procurement.
  
• Proactive detailoriented and selfsufficient with strong organizational and problemsolving skills.
  
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities for managing stakeholders contractors and teams.
