Leadership and Team Management:
- Lead mentor and inspire a team of Recruiters by keeping them engaged and result oriented.
- Adopt agile and proactive approach towards the recruitment process.

- Develop and implement comprehensive talent acquisition recruitment strategies aligned with the organizations goals.
- Collaborate with Operations Management Team to understand staffing needs and workforce planning.
- Ensure the team is proactive in anticipating GP & Shuffler needs and pipeline development.
Fullcycle Recruitment:
- Oversee endtoend recruitment processes including sourcing screening interviewing and selecting qualified candidates (until handover to Academy).
- Ensure the fair and efficient CV allocation to the Recruiters.
- Utilize innovative and effective recruitment methods to attract candidates.
- Implement and regularly update the best practices for candidate assessment including interviews and assessments.
- Collaborate with the employer branding and communications teams to ensure effective CV inflow.
Employer Branding:
- Promote the organizations employer brand to attract GPs and Shufflers.
- Collaborate with the employer branding and communications teams to develop compelling employer branding materials.
Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Utilize data and analytics to track key recruitment metrics and provide insights for continuous improvement.
- Generate regular reports on recruitment activities including source effectiveness and candidate experience.
Vendor Management:
- Manage relationships with external recruitment agencies job boards and other talent acquisition vendors.
- Negotiate contracts and ensure costeffective partnerships.
Compliance and Diversity:
- Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations.
- Promote diversity and inclusion initiatives within the recruitment process.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field.
- Proven experience in talent acquisition with a focus on mass recruitment of entry level jobs.
- Strong understanding of recruitment best practices sourcing techniques and industry trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze data and make datadriven decisions.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software.
- Excellent knowledge in English both written and oral.
