Job Description

Contract: 6 MonthJob Location: Newport News VA 23607Shift Comments:First Shift; Flexible between 0600 and 1600 6:00am 4:00pm)Minimum Qualifications: Bachelors Degree in related field and 3 years of experienceMasters degree and 1 years of relevant professional experienceSpecial Requirements **Confidential clearance preferred but not required.** Apprentice or Trade School preferred; 4 years relevant experience; Computer experience including Microsoft OfficeAbility to multitask and support a variety of planning areas of responsibility Ability to work independently and support multiple internal customers; Ability to work onsite at NNS inside the industrial are the top 3 items the Hiring Manager is looking for Technical Experience Computer literate Customer InterfacePlans utilization of space and facilities for company consistent with requirements of organizational efficiency and available facilities and directs and manages all phases of equipment and machinery maintenance facilities modification and building projects from establishment of design concepts through design and project requirements are defined contract and contract changes are negotiated operating budgets established and financial terms/conditions of contract are as primary contact for facilities and equipment and machinery maintenance project activities and leads project reviews of cost schedule and technical milestones and monitors adherence to master plans budgets and schedules. Identifies problems and develops solutions such as allocation of resources or changing project coordinate the work of employees assigned to the project.
