We are seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media Content Creator to join our team. This role involves creating engaging content for platforms such as Instagram and YouTube including reels videos and other multimedia content. The ideal candidate will have a passion for video production social media trends and digital marketing. You will play a key role in our content strategy from planning and shooting to editing and uploading across our channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Reels Creation and Editing:
Create compelling highquality Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts that engage and inspire our audience.
Stay uptodate with the latest trends on Instagram and YouTube and incorporate them into content.
Edit and optimize videos for social media platforms ensuring they are engaging entertaining and informative.
- Video Production:
Plan and execute video shoots for various types of content including promotional videos behindthescenes footage tutorials and more.
Operate video equipment and assist with lighting sound and other production needs.
Capture highquality video footage that aligns with the brand s identity and vision.
- Content Editing:
Edit raw footage into polished videos with proper cuts effects transitions and sound adjustments.
Add graphics captions and special effects where needed to enhance the visual appeal of videos.
Ensure all content is onbrand cohesive and adheres to platformspecific best practices.
- Instagram and YouTube Channel Management:
Manage and maintain the Instagram and YouTube accounts ensuring consistent content posting.
Handle community engagement by responding to comments messages and collaborating with influencers or followers when appropriate.
Analyze and track video performance and engagement metrics to optimize content strategy.
- Content Strategy:
Collaborate with the marketing team to align content with overall brand strategy and goals.
Suggest and contribute fresh ideas for campaigns and trends to boost engagement and reach.
Monitor industry trends competitor activity and emerging tools to stay ahead of the curve.
Requirements:
Proven experience in video production editing and social media management.
Proficiency in video editing software (e.g. Adobe Premiere Pro Final Cut Pro DaVinci Resolve etc..
Familiarity with Instagram YouTube and other social media platforms algorithms trends and best practices.
Strong creative and artistic skills with attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
A passion for staying uptodate with social media trends and digital marketing strategies.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with graphic design or motion graphics (e.g. Adobe After Effects Canva).
Knowledge of SEO and video optimization techniques for YouTube and Instagram.
Previous experience in influencer partnerships or brand collaborations.
