Business Development Manager IT Recruitment
Key Responsibilities:
Business Development & Client Acquisition
- Identify and acquire new IT clients by leveraging market research networking and industry connections.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
- Build longterm relationships with CXOs HR heads and hiring managers to understand their talent needs.
- Conduct sales presentations meetings and negotiations to onboard new clients.
Client Relationship Management
- Act as the primary point of contact for key IT clients ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
- Maintain a deep understanding of clients hiring challenges workforce trends and technical requirements.
- Work closely with the recruitment team to deliver highquality candidates that meet client expectations.
Market & Competitor Analysis
- Stay updated on IT industry trends hiring demands and emerging technologies.
- Analyze market conditions to identify new business opportunities and competitive advantages.
- Provide feedback and insights to the internal team to improve service offerings.
Revenue Growth & Performance Management
- Meet and exceed sales and revenue targets.
- Track and analyze key performance metrics including client retention revenue growth and recruitment success rates.
- Collaborate with leadership to develop pricing strategies service models and value propositions.
Requirements & Skills:
Experience: 12 years in business development sales or account management in IT recruitment staffing or HR consulting.
Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of IT hiring trends tech roles and recruitment processes.
Sales & Negotiation Skills: Proven ability to close deals manage objections and build longterm client relationships.
Networking & Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills to engage with decisionmakers and hiring managers.
TargetDriven Mindset: Ability to work under pressure meet sales targets and drive revenue growth.
Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) CRM tools and LinkedIn Sales Navigator is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelors or Master s degree in Business HR Marketing or a related field.
- Prior experience in an IT recruitment agency or staffing firm.
- Strong network in the IT sector with access to potential clients.
