Payroll Compliance and System Manager

Are you a payroll professional who thrives on compliance process improvement and system oversight without the grind of weekly processing A wellestablished familyowned manufacturer with over 10000 employees and $4B in annual revenue is seeking a Payroll Compliance and System Manager to lead critical payroll functions across multiple states.

What You ll Do:

Ensure ongoing compliance with federal state and local wage and hour laws (FLSA PTO tax deductions etc.

Manage audits special projects (W2s annual increases bonuses) and the payroll system relationship (Dayforce)

Recommend and implement improvements to systems and procedures including updates to the Dayforce platform

Collaborate crossfunctionally on companywide bonus and vacation programs
-
Serve as a backup for the Payroll Manager when needed (though not part of weekly payroll processing)
What We re Looking For:

Deep knowledge of payroll compliance internal controls and taxation

Multistate payroll experience is essential

Proficiency in Dayforce and Microsoft Office

Strong leadership organizational and analytical skills

Bachelor s degree in Accounting Business Administration HR or related field

4 years of payroll experience with at least 2 years in a leadership role preferred
