Key Responsibilities:
Revenue Generation: Collaborate and take support from relationship managers to meet
revenue targets.
Event Planning Budget Management: Create proposals and manage wedding budgets
develop detailed wedding plans including timelines budgets and checklists.
Vendor Coordination: Source and liaise with vendors to secure contracts and ensure
services meet client expectations.
Logistics Management: Oversee all logistical details including transportation
accommodations and ontheday coordination.
Design and Decor: Assist in the selection of themes color schemes decorations and other
design elements to create a cohesive and visually appealing wedding with the support of a
Design Consultant.
ProblemSolving: Address and resolve any issues or emergencies that arise during the
planning process and during the events.
Client Support: Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients throughout the
planning process and during the events.
Team Collaboration: Collaborate with the event planning team to ensure seamless
of weddings from initial consultation to the dayof coordination.
Qualifications:
Bachelor s degree in Business Marketing Hospitality or a related field.
Minimum of 3 5 years of experience in wedding planning or event management.
Minimum 1 year of team management experience is preferred.
Exceptional organizational and timemanagement abilities.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Creativity and an eye for detail alongside of keeping up with the latest design trends.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
