Job Description
Job Title: Store Manager
Location: ValdesMonts QC J8N 4J4
Annual salary : $40000 $70000 CAD PerformanceBased Bonus
Shift: Flexible (Store hours: 8 AM 9 PM)
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the store ensuring smooth workflow and high standards of service.
- Manage and supervise a team of approximately 20 employees.
- Handle inventory management including ordering and stock control.
- Maintain store licenses accounting tasks and other administrative responsibilities with minimal owner involvement.
- Ensure compliance with store policies and regulatory requirements.
- Lead by example in customer service and workplace conduct.
- Perform occasional heavy lifting as needed.
Requirements:
- Languages: Fluent in French and English (spoken written and reading)
- Experience: Minimum 1 2 years in a supervisory role within a grocery or retail environment.
- Must be comfortable with administrative tasks and managing store operations independently.
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule within store hours.
- Able to commute within 45 50 minutes (accommodation available if required).
- Must be comfortable with the idea of a drug test (though not required).
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift heavy items when necessary.
