We are looking for a Chief Business Manager at Merito to look after endtoend operations from Sales to delivery. You will be responsible for growth in terms of new business and new recruitment models to enhance our client offerings. By leveraging a vast network of contacts and a robust understanding of the recruitment landscape you will lead initiatives that position the organization as a thought leader in recruitment consulting.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Marketing:
- Lead endtoend sales efforts from generating leads to negotiation and closing the deal to onboard new clients.
- Develop new business to expand the client base for the company.
- Engage in networking activities to build and maintain strong relationships with clients candidates and industry stakeholders
- Participate in industry events and seminars to promote the Meritos services.
- Maintain a positive social media presence of Merito to attact right set of clients and candidates.
Recruitment:
- Lead the recruitment efforts; hiring for key roles as well as delegating tasks to the team.
- Advise and coordinate with internal teams on talent acquisition strategies that align with broader business goals
- Coordinate with clients on daytoday basis to understand the hiring needs JDs sharing profiles and coordinating for interviews
- Analyze data to measure the effectiveness of recruitment initiatives and optimize accordingly.
- Constantly explore new tools and technologies such as various job boards ATS and forums to improve recruitment efficiency.
Stakeholder Management:
- Build and maintain relationship with all the client stakeholders.
- Help clients with negotiating salary/terms of contract whenever needed
- Report on progress and present insights to internal and external stakeholders
Required Qualifications
- Any bachelors degree MBA preferred
- Proven track record of entrepreneurial success or participation in startup ventures.
- Strong understanding of the recruitment landscape and market dynamics.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze complex data and present actionable insights.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire teams in a fastpaced environment.
- Familiarity with social media and digital marketing for recruitment purposes.
- Strong networking abilities and established connections in the industry.
