Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Sales Engineer with expertise in selling predictive maintenance solutions including vibration sensors and AI software. The ideal candidate should have prior experience handling the Delhi NCR region covering Bawal Neemrana Manesar Noida and other industrial hubs.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a sales strategy for predictive maintenance solutions.
- Identify and engage with automation system integrators machine builders and industrial clients.
- Conduct product demonstrations and explain technical benefits to potential customers.
- Build and maintain relationships with key decisionmakers in manufacturing and automation sectors.
- Collaborate with internal teams to provide tailored solutions to client needs.
- Meet and exceed sales targets by driving new business and expanding existing accounts.
- Stay updated on industry trends competitor activities and emerging technologies.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 3 years of experience in sales specifically in industrial automation sensors or predictive maintenance solutions.
- Strong knowledge of automation system integrators machine builders and key industry players in Delhi NCR.
- Proven track record in B2B sales technical demonstrations and consultative selling.
- Experience in companies like Keyence Sick Omron Infinite Uptime or similar industrial automation firms is preferred.
- Excellent communication negotiation and relationshipbuilding skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage a large territory effectively.
- Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned region.
Preferred Qualifications
- Background in mechanical electrical or automation engineering.
- Familiarity with predictive maintenance technologies vibration analysis and AIbased industrial solutions.
- Experience in handling largescale industrial accounts and distributors.
