Role: Senior Associate Talent Acquisition
How This Role Will Shape You:
As a Senior Associate in Talent Acquisition you will be an essential part of our fastgrowing team. You ll directly influence how we build a highperformance workforce that drives ShopDeck s mission forward.
A Day in the Life:
- Collaborate with Hiring Managers: Work closely with hiring managers to deeply understand job requirements revolves around Sr. SDE2&3 Tech Roles plus Volume Non Tech Roles like Inside Sales Operations etc. and key priorities.
- Craft Impactful Job Descriptions: Collaborate on creating detailed rolespecific job descriptions that attract top talent.
- Source Top Talent: Use platforms like Naukri LinkedIn and more to actively source and engage with potential candidates.
- Conduct Engaging Interviews: Lead initial interviews to assess the skills experience and cultural fit of candidates.
- Facilitate Technical Interviews: Share shortlisted candidates with hiring managers and coordinate smooth technical interview processes.
- Seamlessly Manage Scheduling: Handle all interview logistics via Google Meet ensuring a smooth experience for both candidates and hiring teams.
- Drive Offer Process: Follow up with candidates on documentation and ensure the timely release of offer letters.
- Stay Connected with Candidates: Maintain consistent communication throughout the hiring journey ensuring a seamless transition until the candidate officially joins.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Proven Experience: You have handson experience hiring for multiple entry level mid level senior roles for Tech & Non Tech. If you have bulk / mass hiring experience that is preferable.
- InHouse Recruitment Expertise: You re comfortable managing the fullcycle recruitment process inhouse from sourcing to onboarding.
- Bilingual Communicator: You excel in English and Hindi with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse candidates.
- Master Negotiator: You possess excellent negotiation skills to secure top talent while ensuring a winwin outcome.
- Problem Solver: You thrive in dynamic environments and are ready to tackle any hiring challenge headon.
- Flexible & Versatile: You re adaptable and eager to pitch in and support other HR activities as needed.
- Recruitment Ready: Comfortable stepping in to support recruitment efforts for any junior midlevel senior roles when required.
