Job Description
Job Title: Junior Graphic Designer
Location: City Centre G Block MatigaraSiliguri

Job Description:
As a Junior Graphic Designer you will assist in creating visually engaging content for both digital and print materials such as client presentations employee handbooks social media posts and marketing collateral. You ll work closely with the marketing team to ensure brand consistency and help communicate HR strategies effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
Creation: Create highquality visual content for marketing materials including social media graphics email campaigns brochures flyers banners website assets and advertisements.
Communication: Transform complex ideas into clear aesthetically pleasing visuals that engage and inform the target audience.
Awareness: Stay current with design trends tools and techniques ensuring fresh innovative designs that resonate with our audience.
Support: Assist in the development and of marketing campaigns across various channels including email marketing social media and digital ads.
Research: Conduct research on industry trends competitor activities and audience preferences to inform marketing strategies and design decisions.
: Partner with sales product and other teams to ensure marketing materials support overall business goals and objectives.
Requirements:
- A degree in Graphic Design Marketing Communications or a related field or equivalent work experience.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating design expertise.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop Illustrator InDesign).
- Strong attention to detail and creativity.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with the team.
- A passion for design with a desire to learn and grow.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively while working within deadlines.
