Job Summary:
Were looking for a talented and detail-oriented Mid-Level Graphic Designer to join our creative team. In this role youll be responsible for bringing brand stories to life across a variety of platforms. Youll collaborate with marketing copy and product teams to deliver visually compelling designs that are strategic on-brand and user-focused.
What Youll Do:
- Design and produce assets for digital and print including emails web banners social media packaging presentations and more
- Execute creative concepts from ideation to final delivery with attention to detail and consistency
- Interpret brand guidelines to ensure cohesive visual storytelling across all touchpoints
- Collaborate with copywriters marketers and other designers to brainstorm ideas and develop campaigns
- Manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Prepare and package files for production or development
- Stay up to date with design trends and tools to keep work fresh and relevant
What Youll Need to Have:
Required:
- 35 years of professional design experience
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design work particularly digital
- Must be proficient in Figma. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop Illustrator InDesign)
- Solid understanding of layout typography and color theory
- Experience with creating accessibility friendly assets
- Strong communication skills and the ability to take feedback constructively
- Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines
- Experience working within established brand systems
- Experience working with retail brands
Preferred:
- Motion design or video editing experience
- Familiarity with web design best practices and basic HTML/CSS knowledge
Compensation:
- $80000 per year base salary
- An annual bonus percentage that varies based on level of role
- Employer matching (up to 3% of base salary) for company sponsored 401K plan
