Job Description
Role: Technical Lead Java

Location: Noida Uttar Pradesh
Mode: Work from Office
Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Technical Lead Java to join our team. This individual will have strong expertise in Java development with proven leadership skills to guide and mentor technical teams. As a Technical Lead you will be responsible for driving the technical direction of projects ensuring the successful implementation of solutions and collaborating with stakeholders to deliver highquality software.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of Java developers ensuring high standards of coding quality and best practices.
- Design develop and maintain scalable and efficient Javabased applications.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to define and deliver technical solutions.
- Provide technical leadership guidance and mentorship to junior developers.
- Troubleshoot debug and optimize applications for performance and scalability.
- Oversee project lifecycles ensuring timelines and client expectations are met.
Technical Expertise Required:
- Strong proficiency in Java J2EE Spring Hibernate Microservices.
- Solid understanding and application of OOP MVC Design Patterns and Principles.
- Extensive experience with RDBMS (MySQL Oracle Postgres).
- Expertise in Web Development (JSP Servlets JavaScript HTML CSS).
- Experience with Web Services & APIs (SOAP RESTful APIs).
- Familiarity with JUnit Mockito and GIT.
