Job Description
MustHave Skills:
- At least 7 years of experience in credit risk management within a bank or NBFC
- Strong analytical and research skills
- Strong communication skills
- Sound understanding of the financial services regulatory environment
- Monitor Portfolio
GoodtoHave Skills:
- Experience with tech upgrades and system development
- Proven ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and stakeholders
Academic Qualifications:
Chartered Accountant (CA) or financerelated postgraduate degree
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
- Effective portfolio monitoring
- Reduction in noncompliance incidents
- Timely review and update of credit risk policies
- Successful implementation of system upgrades
- Improvement in team credit risk awareness and training
Notice Period Max 45 Days only
