Description

The Manager of Client Servicesis integral to the sales process and will manage the operations for the awarded business and will report to the Director of Account Management. This position will oversee all Account Managers responsible for the daytoday operations of Medicus clients and providers and will serve as a liaison between the client and providers.
In this role you will:
  • Provide strategic leadership and direction to the Account Management team overseeing Medicus clients and providers. Ensure alignment with company goals and maintain high performance through coaching and development.
  • Oversee account manager performance through weekly monthly and quarterly metrics. Use data to drive accountability and continuous improvement.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to Medicus clients. Serve as the primary point of escalation and internal advocate ensuring client satisfaction and longterm retention.
  • Support execution of organizational initiatives in collaboration with senior management to support overall business strategy.
  • Proactively identify potential project risks and develop strategies for timely resolution to maintain project integrity and client satisfaction.
  • Work collaboratively with Sales Delivery Contracts Licensing Credentialing Travel and Finance teams to ensure seamless execution and communication across projects.
  • Oversee and optimize onboarding processes to ensure a smooth and timely experience for both clients and providers.
  • Support opportunities for revenue expansion within the existing client portfolio in collaboration with the BDE team.
  • Represent Medicus in facetoface interactions with internal and external stakeholders. Coordinate activities to drive collaboration efficiency and shared success.
Heres what we look for:
  • Bachelors Degree
  • Client service experience is preferred.
  • A minimum of 3 years experience in a project lead capacity
  • Demonstrated experience interacting with clients in a leadership capacity and managing deliverables and expectations for all stakeholders
  • Worked successfully in a project management or highlevel account sales position that required client communication integration in the sales process and delivery management and oversight
  • Sense of Urgency
  • Resourceful and proactive
  • Ability to elicit cooperation from a wide variety of sources including upper management clients and other departments
  • Strong decision making and negotiation skills
  • Superior Time Management skills
  • Detail Oriented and possessing a high level of integrity

  • Demonstrated excellence in delivery of large scale complex service offerings
  • Must possess strong interpersonal and analytical skills
  • Formal training with project management is desirable
  • Ability to travel approximately 25%
