Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with leadership and developers to build exceptional SEOfriendly digital experiences in WordPress
- Frontend development using HTML5 CSS JS jQuery within WordPress
- Ensure code follows latest coding practices and industry standards
- Perform performance (PageSpeed) testing & optimization
- Lead discussions gather project requirements develop user acceptance testing plans
- Design and execute tests to optimize the user experience and improve conversion rates
- Revise edit proofread & optimize web content
Qualifications :
Require Experience Skills:
- BA/BS required
- 6 years experience in website development
- 4 years experience with WordPress as a platform including custom plugins post types taxonomies multilingual and use of WordPress beyond typical blog use cases
- Expertlevel understanding of web interactions webbased layouts and responsive design
- Experience using GIT LESS SASS DDEV NPM Grunt Gulp is a plus
- Experience with React is a big plus
