Job Description
The qualities in a strong Assistant Manager are good leadership skills such as honesty being punctual being hardworking and the ability to train new employees.
Responsibilities in this position include taking phone and walkin orders preparing all food products and cleaning. An Assistant Manager must lead by example and make decisions during stressful situations. They must be able to multitask. They also must be able to deliver as needed even if they are primarily an inside worker. Therefore they must be able to pass a Motor Vehicle Records check.
