As the E2E Supply Planning Manager youll be the governing all steps of our supply chain (Drug Substance (DS) to Drug Product (DP) into Finished Goods (FG). Ensuring a seamless flow to meet commercial and clinical demands.
Its a chance to lead innovate and make a tangible difference. Youll be responsible for creating and executing supply plans that balance short and longterm needs managing inventory strategies and driving operational excellence. Whether its collaborating with crossfunctional teams solving complex supply challenges or optimizing KPIs your work will ensure that patients receive the medicines they need when they need them.
This position is based at our Global Headquarters in Stockholm Sweden reporting to Head of E2E Supply Planning.
Your impact will include:
Develop and execute robust E2E supply plans to meet both commercial and clinical demand. Address imbalances by creating actionable options and assessing risks.
Lead annual planning processes like Long Range Planning (LRP) and Safety Stock Assessments ensuring accurate assumptions and scenario planning.
Manage inventory levels and replenishment strategies to maintain service levels reduce waste and ensure delivery performance.
Define monitor and act on key performance indicators swiftly addressing deviations like OutofStock situations with mitigation plans.
Actively participate in the monthly Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process delivering balanced and executable E2E plans.
Oversee the lifecycle of supply for FG DP and DS while continuously improving supply chain processes.
Maintain accurate master data and ensure timely reporting of supply chain costs transactions and inventory reconciliation.

What Were Looking For
Proven experience in inventory and supply management including planning replenishment and KPI monitoring.
Strong understanding of E2E supply chain processes including commercial and clinical demand planning.
Expertise in scenario planning risk assessment and developing mitigation strategies.
Familiarity with S&OP processes and global planning calendars.
Proficiency in supply chain systems and tools with a focus on maintaining data integrity.
Fluent in and English and preferably Swedish.
