DESCRIPTION OF WORK
As the Regional Compliance Officer Supervisor you will ensure DMVAs Bureau of Veterans Homes leadership team management and employees comply with the rules and regulations of regulatory agencies agency policies and procedures and standards of conduct. Your duties will include managing the Regional Compliance Officers and directing compliance and privacy issues to appropriate resources for investigation and resolution.. You will also manage the HIPAA privacy and healthcare regulations portion of the Bureau of Veterans Homes compliance program. You can expect to complete compliance and ethics investigations. Using the findings from investigations you will develop and implement appropriate resolutions write policy recommendations create and implement training and audit program office activities. Additionally you will maintain knowledge and awareness of current legislation and enforcement issues affecting the healthcare industry as well as compliance best practices.

Work Schedule and Additional Information:
- Fulltime employment
- Work hours are 8:15 AM to 4:30 PM Monday Friday with a 45minute lunch.
- Telework:You may have the opportunity to work from home (telework) parttime up to 5 out of every 10 days. In order to telework you must have a securely configured highspeed internet connection and work from an approved location inside Pennsylvania. If you are unable to telework you will have the option to report to the headquarters office in Annville.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE TRAINING & ELIGIBILITY
QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum Experience and Training Requirements:
- One year as an Administrative Officer 3 (Commonwealth job title or equivalent Federal Government job title as determined by the Office of Administration); or
- Six years of experience in progressively responsible and varied office management or staff work including experience in personnel management budgeting or procurement; and such training as may have been gained through graduation from a fouryear college or university; or
- Any equivalent combination of experience and training.
Additional Requirements:
- You must possess a valid federal or stateissued photo ID and pass a favorable NCIC screening for admittance to Fort Indiantown Gap.
- You must be able to perform essential job functions.
Preferred Qualifications (not required):
- Certifications in Healthcare Compliance (CHC) Compliance and Ethics Professional (CCEP) and Healthcare Privacy Compliance (CHPC)
- Master level degree in compliance legal studies or health care administration
