Position Summary
The primary purpose of this position is to provide administrative support to the three undergraduate student laboratories undergraduate dental students and dental hygiene students. This position is responsible for maintaining all equipment in three different laboratories purchasing and organizing all preclinical student materials and consumables maintaining student leases and coordinating coursework materials with faculty and staff. This position is required to forecast inventory needs and to maintain the student lease budget and the student fees budget. This position supports the various licensure exams that are hosted at the ASOD every year. This position is also responsible for providing administrative crosscoverage for other areas within Clinical Operations.

Experience with purchasing and receiving. Experience with University or State purchasing. Experience with inventory management. Experience with Microsoft Office and Inventory Management applications.
