Ferguson is currently seeking the right individual to fill an immediate need for a Training Coordinator in our fastpaced distribution center. If you are a professional careerminded individual who is committed to great customer service this is the position for you!
As a Training Coordinator you will:
Train new associates in the organizations operating procedures and standards
Responsible for OSHA compliance and employee safety
Monitor staff to ensure that all machines and equipment is operated in a safe manner
Performs all work in accordance with established safety standards and adheres to all safety policies rules regulations and procedures
Qualifications:
A Bachelors Degree is preferred but a high school degree combined with previous administrative experience will be considered. A successful Training and Safety Coordinator will possess the following:
High proficiency with Microsoft Office
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Deadline management
Accuracy and attention to detail
Excellent organizational skills

Pay Range:
$3960.00 $6453.70Estimated Ranges displayed are Monthly for Salaried roles OR Hourly for all other roles.
This role is Bonus or Incentive Plan eligible.
Ferguson complies with all wage regulations. The starting wage may be higher in certain locations based on local or state wage requirements.
