Director of Testing Tutoring Accessibility Svc:
Role: The Director of Testing Tutoring and Accessibility Services provides strategic oversight and daily direction for three vital areas supporting student success: academic testing tutoring services and accommodations for students with disabilities. This position ensures highquality service delivery legal and procedural compliance and an inclusive environment that meets the diverse needs of students. The Director works closely with faculty staff and external partners to promote equity access and achievement.
The salary range for this position is $66854.58 to $100281.88 per year.

Responsibilities:
- 40% Administer and oversee a wide range of standardized tests including but not limited to: Texas Success Initiative (TSI) Assessment HESI Admissions Exam CLEP (College Level Examination Program) Texas Commission on Law Enforcement exams Prometrics ASE (Automobile Service Excellence) ACT Pearson Vue exams (including GED) ETS/PSI and FAA testing. Maintain secure storage and accurate inventory of all test materials. Ensure confidentiality and accuracy of score reporting and test records.
- 25% Ensure full compliance with institutional state and federal guidelines related to disability services academic testing and tutoring. Complete all contracts software installations and certifications required by test publishers and accessibility platforms. Certify and maintain credentials for testing administrators.
- 20% Hire train schedule supervise and evaluate staff in department. Collaborate with faculty to ensure tutoring offerings align with academic needs. Oversee accommodations for students with documented disabilities and ensure compliance with ADA and Section Section 504.
- 10% Maintain currency in accessibility services tutoring testing standards and requirements by attending training sessions and state/national conferences. Serve as a liaison to community agencies including Workforce Solutions and the Department of Rehabilitative Services.
- 5% Performs other jobrelated duties as assigned.
Performance Measurements:
- Demonstrates the Viking Values of balance clarity gratitude service teamwork and trust.
- Complies with all state and federal laws and regulations related to higher education.
- Notes observations of employee performance into appropriate reporting tool as well as give to and receive feedback from employee on the same.
- Ensures performance reviews completed within 2 weeks of due date.

Qualifications:
- Experience: Two years to five years of similar or related experience.
- Education: Bachelors Degree
- Interpersonal Skills: A significant level of trust and diplomacy is required in addition to normal courtesy and tact. Work involves extensive personal contact with others and/or can be of a personal or sensitive nature. Work may involve motivating or influencing others. Outside contacts become important and fostering sound relationships with other entities (companies and/or individuals)

- Physical Requirements: The work is typically sedentary. However there may be some walking standing bendingcarrying of light items driving an automobile etc. No special physical demands are required todo the work.
- Work Environment: Regular exposure to favorable conditions such as those found in a typical office.
