We are seeking a midlevel associate with 4 to 6 years of mergers & acquisitions emerging company and/or general company representation experience to join our thriving business group. The groups practice focuses on strategic transactions and financings for companies at all stages of the growth cycle in a broad range of industries as well as general corporate representation public company reporting and compliance capital markets transactions and corporate governance.

Compensation range: $310000 to $390000 annually. Compensation depends on qualifications and experience.
