Real Estate Associate Attorney
Location: Century City Los Angeles CA
Our client a highly respected AmLaw 50 law firm with a sophisticated real estate practice is seeking a talented Real Estate Associate Attorney to join their Century City office. This is a unique opportunity to work on highprofile real estate transactions in a dynamic and collaborative environment.
Candidate Profile:
- JD from a toptier law school with a strong academic record.
- Active Bar Admission in California.
- 46 years of substantive experience in real estate transactions.
- Strong background in real estate financing lender representation colender/intercreditor agreements and/or commercial mortgagebacked securities (CMBS).
- Excellent verbal writing and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple complex transactions efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Represent lenders and financial institutions in real estate financing transactions.
- Draft and negotiate loan agreements intercreditor agreements and related financing documents.
- Advise clients on structuring and closing complex commercial real estate transactions.
- Collaborate with crossdisciplinary teams on matters related to CMBS and other structured finance transactions.
- Maintain strong client relationships and contribute to business development efforts.
