What does a successful Tech Lead Data Architecture do

We are seeking seasoned Data Architect with extensive experience in architecting ETL solutions with Informatica Data Management Cloud (IDMC)/Informatica Intelligent Cloud Services (IICS). Handson experience in designing implementing and optimizing enterprisewide IDMC applications to meet the evolving needs of our organization. As a Data Architect you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the robustness scalability and efficiency of our data systems.

What you will do:

• Collaborate within a team environment in development testing and support of software development project lifecycles
• Understand incoming data elements map them with existing data structures and design data interfaces with underlying business logic
• Prepare and review any necessary technical documentation prepared by team
• Track and report daily and weekly activities
• Perform code reviews and code remediation. Design unit test scenarios and integration tests
• Participate in oncall support for product releases
• Research problems discovered by QA or product management and develop solutions to the problems
• Perform additional duties as determined by business needs and as directed by management

What you will need to have:

• Must have 8 to 10 years of experience in ETL development using Informatica Data Management Cloud (IDMC)/Informatica Intelligent Cloud Services (IICS) with Snowflake as Cloud Data Warehouse unit testing code review coding standards Scrum (Agile) JIRA
• Ability to track progress against assigned tasks report status and proactively identify issues
• Demonstrate the ability to present information effectively in communications with peers and project management teams
• Highly organized and works well in a fast paced fluid and dynamic environment
• Familiarity with data governance and data security best practices
• Demonstrate ability to lead and mentor technical teams

What would be great to have:

• Experience in working in a Scrum Development Team
• Banking and Financial Services experience preferably Cards and Payments domain
• Knowledge of performance tuning and optimization techniques in IDMC/IICS
