Salary: (depending on experience)

An exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and commercially minded professional to join a dynamic team.
This permanent position is well suited to an individual that is looking to advance their career in a business setting in a thriving and supportive workplace. The role will be responsible for leading key Pricing projects where you will identify evaluate and develop initiatives that support sales growth objectives and improve profitability.
The role is an integral part of our Sales Marketing Servicing & Parts (SMSP) organization with a specific focus on supporting the Aftermarket sector.
What You Will Do:
Lead key pricing related projects including data transformation and IT system improvements
Analyse interpret and communicate a wide variety of data (including transactional pricing and market data) to draw business insights and recommend actions to maximize sales and profitability
Provide thought leadership to key stakeholders in the development of pricing strategies for new and existing products and services
Monitor and govern our freight recoveries v costs and recommend freight changes to existing or new customers to ensure we are recovering our costs
Execute strategic and tactical price action for OEMs within a robust pricing governance framework to implement future price changes
Ensure results and recommendations for business development are presented to senior management through commercial business cases to gain business commitment.
What You Have:
Skills will have been learned through exposure and experience within commercial sales finance or pricing roles
Relationship Management: Knowledge of relationship management techniques; ability to establish and maintain healthy working relationships with clients vendors and peers.
Level Extensive Experience
Effective Communications: Understanding of effective communication concepts tools and techniques; ability to effectively transmit receive and accurately interpret ideas information and needs through the application of appropriate communication behaviors.
Level Extensive Experience:
Decision Making and Critical Thinking: Knowledge of the decisionmaking process and associated tools and techniques; ability to accurately analyze situations and data to reach productive decisions based on informed judgment.
Level Extensive Experience:
Strategic Thinking: Knowledge of the importance of big picture thinking and planning; ability to apply organizational acumen and competitiveness to identify and maintain focus on key success factors for the organization.
Level Working Knowledge:

Proven record of delivering large complex projects in a commercial space customerfacing areas and with IT environments.
Selfstarter with strong leadership skills and ability to lead cross functional team members
Ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization to both internal and external audiences

Able to identify inefficiencies waste and lead continuous improvement/process redefinition work which will likely be transformational in nature.
Additional Info:
Up to 25% Travel
The role is based at the Peterborough facility 5 days per week.
