team at WNS UK and report into the Business Unit Head for the Travel Vertical. This person will
have overall responsibility of delivering and owning a high level of governance of client
relationships for Travel.
Note : We will only consider candidates who have done Client Partnering & Client Relationship Management in Travel Domain. (Farming & Hunting)
Specific Responsibilities:
Client relationships:
To be the functional head for the Client Relationship team and to guide this team on the
conduct of Client Relationships
To act in an advisory role with Clients and strategize with them on best course actions in
achievement of their outsourcing and business objectives
To drive revenue by creating and championing highvalue propositions for the client
Peer with Clients at Board level to understand their business imperatives and gain the
trust of the Client so as to be perceived as part of their extended team
To have business oversight of Client Relationships from all aspects including the account
and delivery teams
To assist Senior Management in early identification and articulation of Client needs and
also help articulate WNS views to the Clients senior management
Managing clients visits and accompanying them to Indian Operation Centers as and when
required
Grow Revenue Recovery business unit through sales farming and cross selling.
Qualifications :
Degree level education:
10 to 15 years of Client Relationship experience out of which at least few years should
have been in a senior capacity ideally with one of the following:
