Your responsibilities :
1. Develop Manage and monitor AWS infrastructure:
- Design and build the company projects infrastructure with the most appropriate solution on AWS
- Manage evolve and scale the infrastructure based on business needs
- Maintain a high level of security of the systems
- Optimize costs by implementing efficient solutions
- Monitor metrics to ensure the best balance of performance cost and maintainability
- Stay updated with the latest best practices to enhance system reliability and security
2. DevOps automations
- Scale and evolve our current CI system
- Manage and monitor the integrations and automations between our softwares and our infrastructure
- Improve autoscaling automation
3. Communicate with the development teams and participate in solutionfinding discussions
- Support development teams in their conception and day to day implementation
4. Participate in OnCall shifts
Your profile :
- You have 25 years of experience as a DevOps / Infrastructure engineer in a fast growing startup
- You have a strong experience with AWS and Infrastructure as Code (CloudFormation CDK Terraform)
- You have a good knowledge of Python Bash Docker GNU/Linux and Github Actions
- You have experience deploying serverless and container orchestration service (ECS Kubernetes)
- A good knowledge of Pythonbased tools like Django / Ansible / Airflow
- You are familiar with VPN implementations networking and common protocols (TCP/IP DNS HTTP FTP SSH ...) proxy solutions
- You are fluent in English another language is a plus !

Your team :
Your manager will be Andrea Head of Infrastructure. He is fully remote in Italy and will be always ready to support you and help you grow.
You will work with him Jeremy (DevOps Team Lead) Benjamin and Adrien as a team to build the nextgen papernest infrastructure.
You will collaborate with SecOps and IT support teams too as part of the Infrastructure department.
