About the opportunity
As an integral part of the we can do that operation this position is responsible for receiving prioritizing documenting delegating and actively resolving end user help requests to ensure efficient completion of business tasks. Specifically:
- troubleshoot and maintain IT service at Head Office (30 Users)
- field incoming help requests from users via telephone and/or email in a professional and courteous manner
- perform handson repairs at the desktop level including installing and upgrading software installing hardware implementing file backups and configuring systems and applications
- perform preventative maintenance including checking and cleaning of workstations printersand peripherals
- account administrator of DMS
About you
Ideal candidates will have:
- 3 years proven experience as a Information Technology Service Desk Analyst
- Secondary School diploma or equivalent experience
- ability to communicate professionally (verbally and written)
- selfmotivated and driven with a passion for excellence in execution
- ability to adapt to a changing environment and meet deadlines
- strong attention to detail; organized and strategic
- ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality
- ability to work independently and with minimal supervision
- a desire to work in a high energy fastpaced environment
- a proven commitment to quality of work
