- Develop and implement product strategies for contactless and chip consistent with business needs and company vision
- Manage the processes associated with rolling out new capabilities in the Canadian market
- Support mobile wallet deployment and troubleshooting
- Provide SME support for crossfunctional teams assisting clients in implementing Visas authentication solutions and other products
- Support the internal operational teams in being the escalation point for problem resolution while also working with local and global SMEs in devising longterm solutions and BAU processes to reduce incidents in new implementations
- Support Canadian rollouts on strategic initiatives such as Visa Flexible Credential TaptoEverything Visa Passkeys and digital IDs
This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your hiring manager.
Qualifications :
Basic Qualifications:
- 8 or more years work experience with a Bachelors Degree or at least 5 years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters MBA JD MD) or 2 years of work experience with a PhD
Preferred Qualifications:
- 8 or more years of work experience with a Bachelors Degree
- Understanding of cryptography
- Understanding on mobile wallet technology and/or tokenization
- Experience in technical product management
- Product development skills with a sound understanding of payment technology and other ecosystem requirements
- Excellent communication skills with organizational and leadership abilities to influence negotiate and drive results
- Aptitude to collaborate with engineering teams to build robust reliable and scalable payment solutions
- Ability to think creatively to solve problems
- Understanding of EMV is helpful but not required
