Job Description

As Effectiveness and Strategy Lead you will oversee the team responsible for measuring Nine client campaigns driving campaign effectiveness and protecting premium revenue. You will collaborate crossfunctionally to deliver standout results that support client retention business growth and the overall success of Nines sales division.

Day to day you will:

  • Lead client and internal conversations to maximise sponsorship impact.  
  • Drive strategic input in client workshops and Sprints.  
  • Represent Nines measurement capabilities and contribute to SLT initiatives.  
  • Set up manage and analyse client campaign performance with measurement partners.  
  • Support sales teams with effectiveness requests presenting results and actionable recommendations.  
  • Protect premium revenue by highlighting successes and identifying opportunities for improvement.  
  • Grow premium revenue by sharing key results developing case studies and creating collateral.  
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to align on goals funding and timelines.  
  • Manage the effectiveness budget and process supplier invoices.
     

Qualifications :

What we would like to see:

  • Proven experience in marketing and media delivering successful campaigns building client partnerships and driving commercial growth.
  • Strong understanding of campaign measurement with expertise in applying frameworks to evaluate performance extract insights and optimise outcomes  
  • Proven project management experience leading complex multistakeholder projects while managing timelines budgets resources and risks.
  • Skilled in developing and implementing strategic plans that align with business and client goals using insights and market intelligence to drive growth and innovation.
  • Management experience leading and developing highperforming teams providing clear direction mentoring and fostering a collaborative and resultsdriven culture
