Job Description
HMR is a national contractor providing underground and surface drilling mining and raiseboring services to clients across Australia.
We are currently seeking Diamond Drillers to join our team for work in Western Australia.
If you are a highly motivated and enthusiastic selfstarter we want to hear from you! These roles are fulltime positions based on longterm contracts.
The Role
- 7/7 & 14/7 & 14/14 rosters
- Residential Kalgoorlie or FIFO from Perth
- Underground and surface work available
- Accommodation & messing provided
- Fulltime permanent positions
- Competitive hourly rates & bonuses
Requirements of the role
- Competently operate HMRs range of drill rigs including Skid Steer Mobile Rigs and Longyear platform drill rigs (underground) and UDR 1200 and UDR1000s (surface)
- Successfully drill holes to design depth and recover core samples as per client requirements
- Responsible for mentoring training and overseeing Drill Assistants
- Contribute to safety and productivity improvements
Essentials:
The ability to meet preemployment criteria including drug and alcohol screening medical and police clearance is required.
- Fit healthy and motivated
- Current Manual Drivers License
- First aid qualifications
- Australian or NZ residents Full working rights in Australia
