The Service BDC Coordinator is responsible for enhancing customer satisfaction and driving service department growth by managing inbound and outbound communication with clients. This role focuses on booking service appointments following up on service experiences reactivating inactive customers and supporting retention efforts. As the first point of contact for many customers the coordinator plays a key role in representing the dealerships commitment to highquality service.
