Job Description

Job Summary:

The Service BDC Coordinator is responsible for enhancing customer satisfaction and driving service department growth by managing inbound and outbound communication with clients. This role focuses on booking service appointments following up on service experiences reactivating inactive customers and supporting retention efforts. As the first point of contact for many customers the coordinator plays a key role in representing the dealerships commitment to highquality service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service to build trust and longterm relationships.
  • Answer incoming service calls and assist customers with scheduling needs
  • Make outbound calls to schedule maintenancerecallsappointment reminders and service campaigns
  • Support service retention efforts through recall notifications maintenance reminders and promotional outreach
  • Confirm upcoming appointments and follow up on recent visits to ensure satisfaction.
  • Identify and contact customers due or overdue for service based on CRM/DMS data.
  • Update and maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system.
  • Assist in executing service marketing campaigns and promotions.
  • Collaborate with service advisors and technicians to ensure appointment availability and smooth customer handoffs.
  • Respond to online service inquiries and assist with online scheduling tools.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous customer service call center or dealership experience preferred
  • Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and/or dealership CRM/DMS platforms
  • Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure
  • Positive teamoriented attitude

Pay Plan will be determined by experience
